في إنجازٍ جديد يُضاف إلى سجل النجاحات الهندسية اللبنانية على الساحة الدولية، أعلنت جمهورية ليبيريا، ممثّلةً بـوزارة الأشغال العامة الليبيرية، عن منح كتاب قبول رسمي لتحالف شركات يضم “International Consolidated Contractors Offshore SAL (ICCO)” و“Consolidated Engineering and Trading Co. S.A.L (CET)”.
ويأتي هذا العقد الضخم لتنفيذ مشروع تصميم وبناء وتأهيل طريق “كوت ديفوار – تو تاون – زويدرو”، في خطوةٍ تُعدّ مفصلية لتعزيز البنية التحتية في البلاد وربط مناطقها الحيوية. وقد بلغت القيمة الإجمالية للعقد نحو 63.39 مليون دولار أميركي، ما يعكس حجم الثقة الدولية بالكفاءات الهندسية اللبنانية وقدرتها على تنفيذ مشاريع استراتيجية خارج الحدود.
وبحسب كتاب القبول الرسمي الصادر عن وحدة تنفيذ البنية التحتية، فإن المشروع يشكّل ركيزة أساسية في تحسين شبكة الطرق وتعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية في ليبيريا، خصوصاً في المناطق التي طالما عانت من ضعف الخدمات اللوجستية.
ويُنتظر من التحالف المنفّذ الالتزام بتقديم ضمانات الأداء والمعايير البيئية والاجتماعية خلال مهلة محددة، بما يتماشى مع الشروط الدولية، في خطوة تؤكد جدّية المشروع وحرص الجهات المعنية على تنفيذه بأعلى مستويات الجودة والشفافية.

In a remarkable international achievement, the Republic of Liberia, represented by the Ministry of Public Works, has officially issued a Letter of Acceptance to a joint venture between International Consolidated Contractors Offshore SAL (ICCO) and Consolidated Engineering and Trading Co. S.A.L (CET).
The contract covers the design, construction, and rehabilitation of the “Côte d’Ivoire – Toe Town – Zwedru Road,” marking a major milestone in strengthening Liberia’s infrastructure network. The total contract value stands at approximately USD 63.39 million, reflecting strong international confidence in Lebanese engineering expertise.
According to the official document issued by the Infrastructure Implementation Unit, the project is expected to significantly improve connectivity and support economic growth, especially in underserved regions.
The joint venture is required to provide performance and environmental guarantees within a specified timeframe, ensuring compliance with international standards and reinforcing the project’s credibility and sustainability.
